ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital products and the instant access provided to our proprietary TradingView indicator, CrypAlgo operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is processed and access is granted, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided for any reason.
This policy applies to all subscription plans:
- Monthly Plan ($25/month): No refunds for any billing period
- Quarterly Plan ($50/3 months): No refunds, no pro-rated credits
- Lifetime Plan ($199 one-time): No refunds under any circumstances
2. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

CrypAlgo provides immediate access to proprietary digital content:
- Instant Access: Upon subscription approval, you gain immediate access to our TradingView indicator and all its features
- Proprietary Algorithms: Our indicator uses proprietary code and algorithms that cannot be "returned" once accessed

- Digital Goods Exception: Under consumer protection laws, digital goods delivered electronically are often exempt from standard refund rights

- We provide low-cost entry options (Monthly plan) for users to test the service
- Our pricing is intentionally affordable to reduce financial risk
- We offer comprehensive tutorials and previews before purchase
- The service requires admin approval, giving time for consideration

- We permanently discontinue the service within 30 days of your purchase

3.3 Legal Requirements
We will comply with refund requirements mandated by law in your jurisdiction, including:
- EU consumer protection laws (where applicable and not waived)
- Court orders or regulatory decisions

- Financial Circumstances: Changes in your financial situation
4.3 Technical Issues on Your End

- Incompatible Devices: Device limitations or compatibility issues
- User Skill Level: Difficulty understanding or using the indicator
4.4 External Factors
- TradingView Changes: Changes to TradingView platform or policies

- Exchange Issues: Problems with cryptocurrency exchanges
5. Cancellation vs. Refunds
While we don't offer refunds, you CAN cancel recurring subscriptions:

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of the period you've paid for

Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us directly is considered fraudulent and will result in:

- TradingView Access Revoked: Indicator access removed immediately
- Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies
- Collections: Outstanding balances may be sent to collections
- Ban from Future Use: You will be permanently blacklisted
6.2 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a legitimate billing dispute:
